John Hamilton holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the world-renowned Culinary Arts Institute of America located in Hyde Park, NY. Before settling in the Finger Lakes, he spent years traveling the country to open restaurants from Napa Valley to the Hudson Valley. After paying a visit to the site and finding it destroyed by fire, John recognized the value of restoring and preserving the place he held so dear. With stars aligning, in 2006, John was able to realize his dreams of operating an exceptional full service Inn. After years of hard work and caring renovations to the building and grounds, he has made this historical site acclaimed for its Finger Lakes weddings, unmatched accommodations and unparalleled cuisine.
